Bwin Casino,I a registered in this casino,really long time ago,when i was interested in Poker tournaments,maybe more then 8 years ago and back then ,they were really trusted and secure casino to play.Back then when i sign up there I remember that i didnt took any bonus from them ,just was playing with my money.Once I had successful cashout of 600 euros and the money was in my bank account exactly in one week ,because I had to send them my documents for verification,but what was more important they did pay me out.Then when i was asking for the withdraw ,i send them email,which they respond right after,but the last time i played there ,I was playing Roulette and won 220 euros,i asked for the withdraw and even send them message ,just because they asked one more time my documents ,although there was no such thing needed,because i allready did that before my first cashout and i did get response from them in 7 days,one week,so isnt that a bit odd,to get response in one week!!?? Well thats not nice or professional support if you ask me!While i was waiting for theirs response,after 2 days I couldnt resist ,so i used the money and I played again till I lost it all.Well after that experience I didnt make any deposit there,because ,honestly i didnt trust them anymore.So they have to work a bit on their support for players or they might lose many players ,like meWhile i was browsing in some forums I found 3 complaints against them,but two of them were solved and only one wasnt solved,so it might be players fault,because honestly,we all know that many of the complaints exists about some casinos are fault by players ,just because they didnt read their Terms,which are very important for all players to know,so it won be any misunderstanding.They were nice Casino,maybe they are still and maybe my case was jus one mistake they did,dont know ,so i will rate them with 3/5
