Award-winning online casino challenger brand, PlayOJO, has been shortlisted for the EGR Awards 2018.

Popularly known as the iGaming Oscars, the prestigious EGR Operator awards is arguably the biggest event on the iGaming industry calendar. With over 800 attendees from around the world, the event awards those operators who are the best of the best in the industry.

Last year, PlayOJO was shortlisted for two EGR awards: Socially Responsible Operator and Rising Start of the Year, winning the latter of the two honours. Being shortlisted for two awards last year was a huge feat for the UK-facing brand considering it hadn’t even been operational for a year when it was nominated for these awards.

This time around, PlayOJO has once again been shortlisted for Socially Responsible Casino of the Year and also for one of the most coveted titles – Best Casino Operator 2018.

PlayOJO will be up against stiff competition for the title, but hopes to add another EGR trophy to its cabinet that is quickly filling up with awards, including - among others - the Casinomeister New Casino of the Year awards in 2017.

In addition to PlayOJO’s shortlist success, its affiliate operator, EGO, has also be shortlisted for the EGR best Affiliate Program 2018.

The EGR Awards 2018 winners will be revealed at the event, which takes place on the 25th of October in Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
